Describe how you work in a team.
When I work alongside my teammates, I make sure that they are supported and I am always offering encouragement. I like to focus on collaboration, communication and contributing in a positive manner towards the team both on and off the court.
Athletic highlights and how you felt when you received them:
-Coaches Award of Excellence (2024-2025)
When I received this award I felt accomplished. I proved to myself that putting in all the hard work and effort in learning a new position paid off. It made me feel seen, that someone recognized how much I have improved and to me that means a lot.
What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?
Outside of sports I love to go swimming and biking. Being able to stay in shape during the off season while also enjoy nature and its beauty.

Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?
I am involved in the Athletic Council and MedLife groups in my school at Ancaster High.
It is important to me to be able to contribute to my school community by collaborating with my teams to make our school environment positive and fun. I also enjoy learning more about other sports and learning how to help and support less fortunate people in the community.
Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?
I received Honor Roll last year in my first year of high school (Grade 9). I felt proud of myself for being able to play high level volleyball while maintaining above average grades.
What program would you like to attend in school?
I would like to go into Kinesiology so that I can become an Athletic Therapist. This career has always been an interest to me because I want to help others overcome sports injuries like I had to, allowing them to pursue their dreams.
How do you envision your school life in college/university?
I envision college/university to be some of my best years. I am excited to learn about the career that I am passionate about.
