What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?

I love to draw and do other creative activities like painting, sketching, or designing. Being creative allows me to express myself and explore new ideas, and it’s a great way to relax and unwind. It also helps me develop patience and attention to detail, which I think can carry over into many areas of life.

Who are your role models and why?

Details coming

Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?

I run cross country at school, and I use it as both conditioning for volleyball and a way to spend time with my friends while doing something different. It’s important to me because it builds endurance and mental strength, which help me in volleyball. Plus, it’s fun to be part of another team and experience a variety of challenges.

Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?

I was honored to be on the Honour Roll in Grade 9 and 10, and receiving Subject Awards of Excellence for Geography in Grade 9 and Religion in Grade 10 felt incredibly rewarding. It was a proud moment for me, and it motivated me to continue working hard and striving for success in all areas of my life.

What program would you like to attend in school?

I’m interested in programs that combine creativity with practical, everyday applications. Fields like landscape architecture, urban planning, graphic design, marketing, and sports management appeal to me because they allow me to use my creativity in different ways. Whether it’s designing outdoor spaces, planning how cities work, or creating impactful visuals, I want to study something that ties into real life and helps people. I’m also drawn to programs that involve sports or outdoor activities, as they align with my interests and values.

How do you envision your school life in college/university?

I see my college life as a mix of learning, growth, and memorable experiences. I want to perform well academically, explore new interests, and push myself athletically on the volleyball court. Building strong connections with teammates and classmates, while enjoying the opportunities and challenges of this phase, is how I envision making the most of my time in college.
