Describe how you work in a team.
I’m very vocal, always trying to bring the energy up on the court, and encourage/hype up my teammates. Off the court I am always first in line for team builders/hangouts with the team. I love being apart of a team and I would like to think I am a good part of a team dynamic.
Athletic highlights and how you felt when you received them:
I received the “Leadership” award for my high school Volleyball team in Grade 10, which was amazing, a great start to becoming the volleyball player I want to be!
What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?
Music! I play the guitar and it is my favourite hobby besides playing volleyball. I love music and I think that learning an instrument is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
Who are your role models and why?
My teammates from last year: playing 18U as a 17U age player had me looking up to my teammates a lot, they were all role models especially our captain, was a fantastic leader and inspired me as to how I want to be a leader on a team.

Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?
I’ve been on the Honour Roll every year, and It feels great. It shows my hard work and it’s encouragement to keep going.
What program would you like to attend in school?
Mainly Computer Science, I am also interested in Engineering.
How do you envision your school life in college/university?
I hope to be playing varsity volleyball, so I envision training every day between my classes, always being super busy with schoolwork or volleyball. I see myself living in residence or in an apartment, as I do not see myself staying in Ottawa for university.
