As a leader who sometimes needs motivation, I lead by example and foster open communication. I set clear goals, support my teammates, and stay accountable. When motivation dips, I focus on the bigger picture and encourage the team to stay engaged. I believe in lifting each other up and maintaining resilience together.

Who are your role models and why?

My three older sisters are my role models. They set the bar high with their hard work, resilience, and dedication. They taught me perseverance and how to stay humble in success, inspiring me to always push myself to be my best.

Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?

In high school, I played track, field hockey, badminton, and flag football, which helped me become well-rounded both athletically and personally. Each sport offered a unique set of challenges, and balancing them taught me time management, adaptability, and teamwork. Being involved in multiple activities helped me develop a diverse skill set, making me more versatile and focused in all aspects of my life.

Psychology

How do you envision your school life in college/university?

In university, I plan to balance my academics and athletics, staying active in sports while focusing on my studies. I want to stay motivated, grow personally, and fully embrace the university experience.
