Athletic highlights and how you felt when you received them:
It’s always so gratifying to win tournaments because it’s rewarding to know all our hard work and commitment is paying off.
What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?
I enjoy the academic and social aspects of school a lot. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Who are your role models and why?
Sol Henson is one of my role models because I’ve known her since I was born and she’s like a big sister to me. She’s an amazing volleyball player but also has great academics and good social life balance. Sol is the one who encouraged me to transition to volleyball from soccer and squash.
Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?
I still love playing soccer and squash because of the fast pace and aggressive speed you need to perform at a high level.
Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?
I have always maintained a 4.0 GPA average. Academics is very important to me. I’ve received the honour of being student of the year multiple times and also leadership awards. It’s rewarding to know my hard work is being recognized.
What program would you like to attend in school?
Finance or Business
How do you envision your school life in college/university?
I envision attending a highly academic university and hopefully be able to play volleyball in post secondary.
