In a team, I aim to foster clear communication, collaboration, and adaptability. I focus on understanding each team member’s strengths and preferences, which helps in creating closer bonds and trust. I also thrive on proactive communication, so I’ll clarify goals early on, regularly check in on progress, and address challenges as they arise.

When resolving conflicts, I work diplomatically, encouraging open discussions to find mutually beneficial solutions. I’m always open to feedback and seek to continuously improve by learning from others’ perspectives and approaches. I value accountability, transparency, and creating a supportive, productive environment where everyone can succeed together.

Athletic highlights are some of the most memorable moments for anyone who loves sports. There’s that rush of adrenaline, the exhilaration of achievement, and often a blend of relief and joy when hard work pays off. For many, receiving an award or hitting a milestone, whether it’s winning a championship, setting a personal record, or receiving MVP, brings a huge sense of pride and validation.

Aside from playing sports, I like to bake in my free time. It allows me to decompress and slow down, while still creating something great that my whole family can enjoy.

My mom is my role model and my biggest supporter. She is always there when I need her, ready to help me out with anything I need, while still running a successful business and maintaining a household.

Aside from volleyball, I participate in all my school sports, including flag football, track, soccer and basketball. I like to stay active and learn new techniques, and challenge myself by improving each skill so that I can transfer this knowledge to a volleyball court.

I am an Honor Roll student, and I take pride in my achievements. With nearly all my free time dedicated to sport, I am still able to focus on my studies and receive excellent grades. I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment when I receive an award or good grades for my hard work.

At this stage in my life, I am still focusing on all different subjects and trying to learn what is the best career path for me. In time, I will surly narrow down my options and focus on what will surly be my passion. In the meantime, I enjoy playing volleyball, and I’m excited about my future while playing the sport.

I believe that college/university will be an unforgettable experience. I can see myself managing my school work and volleyball easily, especially since I enjoy learning, and volleyball is my passion. I am beyond excited to have a group of girls that I could relate to on a greater scale, which share the same interests and goals as I do in volleyball.
