I learned to skate as soon as I could walk and I have played hockey since I was 6, this year was my final year in competitive hockey as I chose to focus on volleyball. I think hockey had a massive impact on who I am physically and also as a person, it has taught me that hard work and consistency can get you anywhere you want as well as how to handle pressure, adversity and a team environment.
