Describe how you work in a team.
I’m a passionate player who’s always looking to grow with my team and learn from each other. I communicate a lot with my teammates and try to share as much information as possible to build strong team spirit. I really believe in my positive leadership, it helps me motivate others, and I also get motivated by the people I play with, because of our strong relationships.

Who are your role models and why?
I strongly believe in and look up to the role models close to me, such as my brothers and sisters, who have all practiced high-level sports like half-Ironman, hockey and football. They were, and still are, examples for me, because of all the sacrifices and commitment they show each and every day.
My coaches are also strong role models, as they dedicate so much of their time to helping us grow, not just as players and teams, but also as individuals.
To conclude, if I had to name a player who inspires me, I would say Landon Currie, the libero from the Senior National Team. I had the opportunity to talk to him and watch him play at the Quebec VNL. I admire his incredible technique and energy. As a dynamic libero myself, I believe it’s important to bring strong, motivating energy to the court. I’m always working to build that energy in every team I’m part of, by learning from players like Landon Currie.
Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?

Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?
I was exempted twelve times from end-of-year exams in a subject for maintaining an exceptionally high average throughout the year in that same subject.
I was also nominated at my school’s sports gala for the Student-Athlete of the Year award, a recognition given to a student with one of the highest overall GPAs in their grade and outstanding athletic performance.
These recognitions made me feel proud and deeply motivated, they were a validation of the effort I had consistently put into both my studies and athletic commitments.
