Athletic highlights and how you felt when you received them:
Being selected to participate in the All Canadian Games.
– I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment for reaching one of my athletic goals.
What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?
I like hanging out with friends which includes playing games like cornhole, spikeball, and tennis. I also enjoy tanning and making bracelets and swimming in the summertime.
Who are your role models and why?
My dad is my role model, because he taught me everything I learned about the sport and inspires me to get better and push myself to the best of my ability.
Another role model of mine would be Brandie Wilkerson because of her ability to play in high pressure games and perform well, as well as her representing Canada.
Another one would be Harper Murray due to her being a really well rounded left side being able to put balls away and playing for a dream school of mine.
Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?
I played and continue to play a variety of school and club sports from a young age including lacrosse, hockey, soccer, basketball, and badminton. Playing sports is important to be because I love staying active and participating in another sport with a high compete level as I am a super competitive person.
Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?
Highest Mark in Physical Education – I felt proud of myself due to all the hard work in class and on the written assignments I put into the class.
What program would you like to attend in school?
Athletic therapy
How do you envision your school life in college/university?
I envision a fun and social life as well as a volleyball focused balance with training, practices, and games.
