Athlete Bio
Five words you can use to describe yourself as a high performance athlete.
I’m a competitive and driven individual who thrives on hard work and staying motivated. I’m passionate about what I do and always aim to uplift and encourage those around me.
Five words you can use to describe yourself off your field of play.
I would describe myself as kind-hearted and humble, with a strong sense of compassion for others. I’m also confident and driven, consistently striving to grow and make a positive impact in everything I do.
Describe how you work in a team.
I work exceptionally well in team settings, always striving to uplift and support others—especially during challenging moments. I’m committed to maintaining positive energy, encouraging every team member, and ensuring no one feels left out or overlooked.
Athletic highlights and how you felt when you received them:
I’ve won the athlete of the year for my Grade 7, 8, and 9 year of school. I won the high performance award for my club team SNVC.
What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?
I enjoy spending time outdoors and hanging out with friends. It’s easy to take those relationships for granted, so I believe it’s really important to nurture and appreciate the connections we have with the people who matter most.
Who are your role models and why?
My biggest role model is my mom because she’s shown me that hard work consistently outperforms talent. Her dedication and work ethic inspire me every day, and I truly admire the strength and perseverance she brings to everything she does.
Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?
I believe these experiences are important for everyone, as they help you stay connected to your community and appreciate the opportunities you have. Being part of a sports team, in particular, can greatly benefit both your mental and physical well-being.

What program would you like to attend in school?
I would like to become a chiropractor, so I plan to take courses in biology, physiology, and physics to help me start working toward that goal. I’m also considering other careers, such as nursing, firefighting, or becoming a physical education teacher.
How do you envision your school life in college/university?
I imagine my days will be busy—waking up, going to class, working out, heading to practice, doing homework, and making time to eat well. It’ll be all about finding a healthy balance and staying focused each day.
