What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?
I love spending time with family and going on road trips to watch my favorite D1 schools play.
Who are your role models and why?
My life role model is my Mom. My Mom is a strong and resilient women. She shows me that no matter what you go through, with hard work you can make anything possible. She’s so important so me and such a big inspiration in my life.
My volleyball role model is Anna Smrek. She showed me how to be confident in my skin and how to use my height to my advantage. When I grow up I want to be like her. She is so inspiring not only within volleyball but outside of volleyball too.
Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?
I play rep fastpitch. Its important to me because I worked really hard to make the team I’m on and I have always loved the sport.
Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?
I received honors for my elementary school graduation. It made me feel like my hard work paid off and it gave me more confidence in my work.
