Describe how you work in a team.
I love being a teammate. I love being a supporter and lifting my teammates up and being there for them. I love working through our problems together and supporting one and other when we need.
Athletic highlights and how you felt when you received them:
National All Star: I was surprised and honoured to receive an award where I can see any one of my teammates receiving.
What are your interests outside of sports? Why do you like them?
I love to work with kids. I find it so rewarding to pass on knowledge I am so grateful to have received from my amazing coaches and pass it along to the next generations.
Who are your role models and why?
My role model is Megan Cyr, the former National Team setter. I love her mindset and look on life and am very grateful to work with her.
Involvement in other sports or extracurricular. Why is it important for you?
I love to work with my church and involvement in the community. I believe it is important to have volleyball as an aspect in my life, but recognize that it is not my life rather it is apart of my life.
Academic highlights and how you felt when you received them?
Citizenship award at Western Canada Highschool. I was extremely grateful for this award.
What program would you like to attend in school?
I am still exploring what I would like to go in for university, though I know I am very interested in the sciences, specifically Chemistry. I am looking into the medical field.
How do you envision your school life in college/university?
I would like to go to a school where I am supported and challenged to always do my best and focused on my academics as well as my sport.
