Describe how you work in a team.
When working in a team, I always try to be a supportive, collaborative, and communicative member. I strongly believe that everyone has special talents and viewpoints, and that by coming together, we can accomplish great things. I’m always ready to hear what others have to say, provide my own perspective, and collaborate with others to find the best answers to any issues we run across. I’m also proactive in communicating my progress, asking for feedback, and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Overall, I believe that teamwork is essential for achieving success, and I’m committed to being a positive and effective team player.
Athletic highlights and how you felt when you received them:
OVA award of excellence (2023) – Receiving this award made me feel humble, motivated and accomplished because it supported all my hard work and reassured that my persistence and passion for this sport was recognized. As well this award motivated me to strive for bigger successes within my team and myself.
