As we’re approaching the opening date of the NCAA Transfer Portal, these are conversations we’re having with athletes everyday. While some athletes initially wanted to be a part of a large team, training with some of the best NCAA athletes in the country, and were okay sitting on the bench for Years 1 & 2, now have a different perspective of their wants and needs when it comes to their collegiate experience.
